I want to be on-set. I want to be on-sets around the world.
When I was younger, I thought my dad's camcorder was a portal for my mom to sit inside while she watched the videos my dad recorded during her frequent business trips. In the car, I believed there were actual mini people behind the radio talking about the news. The world worked in such strange ways and felt bigger than what I learned to be reality. Being a part of sets brings me back to being a child, when I'm in a world that's bigger than the one I live in. Where my eyes and mind are moving faster than what's in front of me. And when I look around set, so are everyone else's, in this collective imagination that we're all physically crafting to become reality on screen.
